Movement is relative, and it’s never too early to start. If your child is 5 years old, they can join Gomez Gainz Performance youth classes. These sessions focus on building baseline movement and coordination patterns, just like starting them in soccer, karate, or gymnastics.
Introducing your future athlete to structured training now will enhance their central nervous system (CNS) stimulation, allowing them to develop better motor skills and coordination.
